5 STEP CUSTOM TRAINING PROCESS
1— Client commits to a custom training event
2— I reach out immediately to you to set a time for the pre-training planning meeting
3— During the pre-training meeting: time\place details are established; diagnostic questions are explored; a general topic is chosen; and parameters of the training event are set
4— The training event occurs according to the established parameters with me checking in with you throughout the day to determine if the objectives are being met
5— There is a debriefing on the day of the event in which I make suggestions for next steps to help you maximize the benefit of the training.
